Snap Burger is interesting, because it touched that place in me.

At home, I’ll make a thick, loose burger of Seven Bridges Farms beef, coat it with a good bit of coarse salt and black pepper, and serve it on a fine bun or bread with great lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo, and ketchup. In general, my taste in burgers is more refined these days.
